well i'm not a yugioh expert - nor am i a really good duelist so it's not the best deck- seeing as more and more newer cards are coming out...but really I gathered all the charmers and their second forms (i don't like using the third forms since those would work better in a deck with one element)
I also added traps, equips, and spell cards that would aid the charmers (i.e. sakuretsu armor - so it doesnt get destroyed )
the charmers (as you may know) aren't particularly strong... so you need to add in cards with high attack (i use gogiagagagigo and his other forms since the water charmer has him as a familiar XDDDD)

my deck can be better described as a spellcastor deck ( i just call it a charmer deck since I have all of them in there XD)

my favorite card though is raging flame sprite (since if you can protect it long enough it becomes super strong XD) I also have other cards that would buy time and deal damage - like Princess Tsurugi ( a flip monster where the opponent takes 500 dmg per magic/trap card they have out )

haha this is long and probably not helpful >.< but really I just put together a bunch of good looking cards with decent effects
so i don't really know how to help you if you want a good deck O______O
